Google Reportedly Cancels Next Version of Pixelbook Laptop to Cut Costs


Google will no for a longer time be establishing the Pixelbook laptop computer, according to a report Monday from The Verge. The report, citing an unnamed supply, mentioned that the tech large has canceled all strategies to release the next version of the Pixelbook, and is also transferring the personnel setting up the computer to other teams across the organization. 

The subsequent Pixelbook was rumored for launch in 2023, and was reportedly “considerably alongside in progress.” As recently as Might, Google hardware main Rick Osterloh mentioned there would be potential Pixelbooks.

Google didn’t right away respond to a request for comment.
